Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Éthan Martial started the match with the kick off. Alex Perreau made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Pierre Rodde sent off a good shot on target. A well placed Hugo Grivet short distance shot in the 10th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. If Hugo Grivet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Hugo Grivet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Perreau was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Hugo Grivet capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hugo Grivet really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Alphonse Pailler struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Steve Devos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Champagné. After having played for 34 minutes, Alphonse Pailler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Champagné's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alphonse Pailler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cadaujac's Steve Devos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Éthan Martial in the 36th minute of play. Leonard Demagny hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Éthan Martial sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alphonse Pailler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steve Devos having to interfere. Alex Perreau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre Rodde in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Champagné's zone, Pierre Rodde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Perreau came out of the goal and Pierre Rodde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Hugo Grivet made the kick off in the second half. Hugo Grivet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Alex Perreau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pierre Rodde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonard Demagny charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Demagny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Champagné booed when Cadaujac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Demagny didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cadaujac's goalkeeper Steve Devos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Steve Devos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alphonse Pailler in the 59th minute. Erwan Fourment kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Éthan Martial hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes Cadaujac got a freekick which was hit by Pierre Rodde. Leonard Demagny kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Champagné's Alphonse Pailler got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute Pierre Rodde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Perreau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Cadaujac's Hugo Grivet tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Pierre Rodde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cadaujac fans cheered their team off the field, for while Champagné had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
