Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Charlie Vacheron made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Frouzins's goalkeeper Régis Quenet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Michel Cambon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peurye's supporters rose to their feet, but Michel Cambon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Régis Quenet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Michel Cambon came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Peurye fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Cambon couldn't finish the play. Michel Cambon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charlie Vacheron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Pierrick Gestin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gildas Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Régis Quenet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominique Lesauvage, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Pierrick Gestin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charlie Vacheron in the 37th minute of the match. Pierrick Gestin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charlie Vacheron's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Pierre-Louis Cressent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Régis Quenet having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dominique Lesauvage made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Frouzins got a freekick which was hit by Djibril Mercadier. In the 55thth minute of the game Dominique Lesauvage who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frouzins's Régis Quenet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Régis Quenet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominique Lesauvage, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pierre-Louis Cressent kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Frouzins's Luc Péry got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Régis Quenet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Cambon in the 67th minute of the match. If Gildas Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute of the match Christophe Deswarte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Régis Quenet skillfully saved the ball. In the 76th minute, Dominique Lesauvage got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 86 minutes, Gildas Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frouzins's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gildas Alonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peurye's Pierrick Gestin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcom Luccioni in the 97th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
