Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Yvan Le Petit kicked off to start the match. Clément Guillois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean-Philippe Berche's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Clément Guillois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matheo Haffner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the match, Péronnas's goal looked a bit too open when Yvan Le Petit came free, but Charles-Emmanuel Orcel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Yvan Le Petit came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Transloy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yvan Le Petit couldn't finish the play. In the 18thth minute of the game René Gaulin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Transloy's Clément Guillois was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match, Yvan Le Petit tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Charles-Emmanuel Orcel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Charles-Emmanuel Orcel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yvan Le Petit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Transloy's Modeste Maujean got a free kick in the 26th minute. Yvan Le Petit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Charles-Emmanuel Orcel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Péronnas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Djamel Mazur to maneuver through the defense. Robert Blaize blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charles-Emmanuel Orcel having to make a save. In the 33rd minute, Yvan Le Petit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Péronnas's Charles-Emmanuel Orcel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yvan Le Petit in the 38th minute of play. Matheo Haffner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clément Guillois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from René Gaulin, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute, Yvan Le Petit fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Péronnas's zone, Robert Blaize stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles-Emmanuel Orcel came out of the goal and Robert Blaize tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
The wind increased when John-David Vasseur made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Transloy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Brou to maneuver through the defense. Péronnas's Djamel Mazur couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 55th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Transloy. When René Gaulin came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Péronnas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that René Gaulin couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Péronnas's Jérémie Énault got a free kick in the 61st minute. Charles-Emmanuel Orcel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yvan Le Petit in the 65th minute of play. Yvan Le Petit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles-Emmanuel Orcel having to interfere. Matheo Haffner's late challenge caught a Transloy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matheo Haffner helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Péronnas getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Matheo Haffner hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Transloy's zone, John-David Vasseur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clément Guillois came out of the goal and John-David Vasseur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dove Maigne kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Transloy's goalkeeper Clément Guillois, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Transloy were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after Péronnas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Christopher Gorge took the corner. Charles-Emmanuel Orcel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yvan Le Petit's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when René Gaulin got free with Clément Guillois in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
