Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. John-David Vasseur started the match with the kick off. Jeremy Bouillard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charles-Emmanuel Orcel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Labège's Thierry Souchard got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thierry Souchard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute, Thierry Souchard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thierry Souchard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles-Emmanuel Orcel having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Matheo Haffner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Péronnas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Labège the free kick. In the 13th match minute, Péronnas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matheo Haffner to maneuver through the defense. When Thierry Souchard came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Labège fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thierry Souchard couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute Jeremy Bouillard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles-Emmanuel Orcel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Péronnas's Charles-Emmanuel Orcel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Sivignon in the 19th minute of play. In the 26th minute Jeremy Bouillard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles-Emmanuel Orcel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as John-David Vasseur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Norbert Goby. That made the score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. In the 41st minute, one of Labège:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Labège. The goalkeeper, Norbert Goby, was totally fooled by Péronnas's Djamel Mazur, who 43 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thierry Souchard to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Jeremy Bouillard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Charles-Emmanuel Orcel. That made the score 2-1 in the 51 minute of play. Péronnas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Thierry Souchard scored to the left of an out of position Charles-Emmanuel Orcel, making the score, 2-2. John-David Vasseur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Norbert Goby tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jeremy Bouillard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charles-Emmanuel Orcel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thierry Souchard, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Jeremy Bouillard fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Charles-Emmanuel Orcel, passed just outside the right post. René Gaulin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling René Gaulin in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norbert Goby prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Charles-Emmanuel Orcel was a little too slow when Thierry Souchard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 2-3. In a very dangerous position, a player in Péronnas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! In the 96th minute there was a penalty for Labège. Harold Wallet stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Charles-Emmanuel Orcel. 2-4. Labège's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
