Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Seichamps's Richard Bouvet started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Joseph Dauba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Amiens's Mohamed Nesme slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fernand Dugardin. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. In the 9th match minute, Seichamps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Bouvet to maneuver through the defense. Fernand Dugardin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joseph Dauba's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Karim Dayde, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Richard Bouvet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Seichamps's Fernand Dugardin got control of the ball when Joseph Dauba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joseph Daubas short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Fernand Dugardin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Joseph Dauba's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Fernand Dugardin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 31 minutes into the game, Johan Schilling was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Amiens's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seichamps the free kick. After 31 played minutes Amiens got a freekick which was hit by Johan Schilling. Fernand Dugardin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Nesme in the 36th minute of play. When Jean Monteil came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Seichamps fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean Monteil couldn't finish the play. Henri Touya hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mohamed Nesme was the one to do the kick off. If Richard Bouvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Seichamps's Jean Monteil got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joseph Dauba in the 59th minute of play forced Seichamps's goalkeeper Fernand Dugardin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean Monteil struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Salomon Jaillet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seichamps. Gregory Thepaut charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregory Thepaut the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Seichamps booed when Amiens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregory Thepaut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mohamed Nesme took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernand Dugardin. Fernand Dugardin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Fernand Dugardin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mohamed Nesme went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Fernand Dugardin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph Dauba in the 91st minute of play. Fernand Dugardin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Dauba, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 94 minutes into the game, one of Seichamps:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Amiens fans cheered their team off the field, for while Seichamps had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
