Martin Bosse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sam Very made an important save on a dangerous shot by Djibril Esposito in the 11th minute. Sam Very was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Martin Bosse showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Djibril Esposito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Homécourt's supporters rose to their feet, but Djibril Esposito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sam Very breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Djibril Esposito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes in the game, Martin Bosse fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sam Very having to interfere. Sam Very made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Bosse in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 31 minutes, Djibril Esposito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Homécourt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Djibril Esposito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruno Morlot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Sam Very made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Chevalon's Erwan Pitois got a free kick in the 34th minute. Sam Very made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Alain Gout sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rdth minute of the game Paulo Delval who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Homécourt's Louis Laruelle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Djibril Esposito in the 61st minute of play forced Chevalon's goalkeeper Sam Very to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Chevalon defense, Martin Bosse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sam Very. The Chevalon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sam Very should have stopped the shot. After 67 played minutes Homécourt got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Morlot. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Paulo Delval took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Louis Laruelle to make any attempt to save it. 76 minutes into the match, Chevalon's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Bosse came free, but Sam Very reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Djibril Esposito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Louis Laruelle made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Prosper Caparros sent off a good shot on target. Martin Bosse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sam Very having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Paulo Delval reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Louis Laruelle. The goal made the score 2-2. Teddy Robion hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Homécourt's zone, Joffrey Calvo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Louis Laruelle came out of the goal and Joffrey Calvo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the game, Guy Gillot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Homécourt's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chevalon the free kick.
