Jean-Marc Michel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 23 minutes into the game, Davy Ramond was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chavanod's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Beaucouzé the free kick. Davy Ramond kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Pierre-Antoine Robinot sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jean-Marc Michel skillfully saved the ball. Pierre-Antoine Robinot hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Cyril Fer notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Chavanod's Jean-Marc Michel. Jean-Marc Michel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thierry Droin was the one to do the kick off. Thierry Droin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harry Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jean-Marc Michel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valerien Roulle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thierry Droin, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 74 minutes, Camille Remetter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chavanod and the Beaucouzé players grew even worse after the yellow card. Camille Remetter kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Harry Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beaucouzé's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harry Ferreira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st match minute, Beaucouzé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrice Autissier to maneuver through the defense. Cyril Fer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Marc Michel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Ferreira in the 90th minute of play forced Chavanod's goalkeeper Jean-Marc Michel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valerien Roulle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Quilichini in the 92nd minute of the match. The Beaucouzé players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
