Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Célestin Bouissou started the match with the kick off. After having played for 2 minutes, Teddy Vandenabeele managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pyramide's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teddy Vandenabeele was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaston Parat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Célestin Bouissou in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donatien Cotten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Donatien Cotten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Célestin Bouissou, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute, Marco Fournie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gagneraie's Pierre-Emmanuel Quintard shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Donatien Cotten but with some difficulty. Pierre Thil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Henri Dachicourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 19 minutes, Teddy Vandenabeele managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pyramide's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teddy Vandenabeele was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Brendan Frangeul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pyramide's Brendan Frangeul got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Brendan Frangeul's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pierre Thil was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Gagneraie's zone, Teddy Vandenabeele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pierre Thil came out of the goal and Teddy Vandenabeele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Pyramide's goalkeeper Donatien Cotten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaston Parat.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brendan Frangeul to strike the kick off in the second half. Célestin Bouissou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camille Renaut kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Pyramide defense, Gaston Parat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donatien Cotten. The Pyramide fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donatien Cotten should have stopped the shot. Donatien Cotten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Parat in the 59th minute of the match. Brendan Frangeul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre Thil having to interfere. Pierre Thil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brendan Frangeul in the 65th minute of play. Pyramide's Donatien Cotten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Parat in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Parat in the 70th minute of play forced Pyramide's goalkeeper Donatien Cotten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pierre-Henri Dachicourt during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pyramide's Pierre-Henri Dachicourt got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Célestin Bouissou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Donatien Cotten. Pyramide's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Célestin Bouissou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Camille Renaut's late challenge caught a Gagneraie's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camille Renaut helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pyramide getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Camille Renaut hit a great ball. In the 79th match minute, Pyramide was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teddy Vandenabeele to maneuver through the defense. Gaston Parat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Parat in the 84th minute of play forced Pyramide's goalkeeper Donatien Cotten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Modeste Senet charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Modeste Senet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pyramide booed when Gagneraie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modeste Senet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teddy Vandenabeele in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pierre Thil, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Teddy Vandenabeele who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Pierre Thil when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gagneraie fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pyramide had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
