Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jonas Veyssiere got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes of play, Croisette's Sabri Bézard made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joey Perrault was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 6th minute, Jérôme Ly got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Avully getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Reynald Bourget hit a great ball. The Croisette fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Croisette's Jérôme Ly looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jonas Veyssiere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Constantin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dylan Allot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Croisette's zone, Joel Constantin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dylan Allot came out of the goal and Joel Constantin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 33 minutes into the match, Croisette's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Veyssiere came free, but Dylan Allot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sabri Bézard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joey Perrault having to interfere. Gilles Deleplace kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sabri Bézard in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joey Perrault prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Avully's Joey Perrault played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabri Bézard in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jérôme Ly stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Sabri Bézard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Croisette and the Avully players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joel Constantin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Dylan Allot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florentin Hassani's late challenge caught a Avully's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florentin Hassani helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Croisette:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Avully:s goal. 69 minutes into the match, Croisette's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Constantin came free, but Dylan Allot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sabri Bézard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joey Perrault having to interfere. Joey Perrault was a little too slow when Jérôme Ly got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-3. Avully's Joey Perrault proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Avully from getting a goal against them. When Jérôme Ly came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Croisette fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jérôme Ly couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Croisette booed when Avully was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilles Deleplace didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 92 played minutes Croisette got a freekick which was hit by Sabri Bézard. Jérôme Ly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 99th minute, Jonas Veyssiere got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Croisette eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
