Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Terry Villeneuve kicked off to start the match. After 4 played minutes Ternay got a freekick which was hit by Armand Lamblin. In the 6th match minute, Ternay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armand Lamblin to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the game, Theophile Silvestri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tony Dargaud was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Theophile Silvestri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Tony Dargaud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charlie Roussel made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Prosper Ménet sent off a good shot on target. After 23 minutes, Malik Patard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palaiseau and the Ternay players grew even worse after the yellow card. Theophile Silvestri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohamed-Ali Coco's late challenge caught a Ternay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mohamed-Ali Coco helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ternay booed when Palaiseau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed-Ali Coco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dimitri Auber kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Ternay's Fabian Quilichini tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Terry Villeneuve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Dargaud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitri Auber hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Theophile Silvestri might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tony Dargaud. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Theophile Silvestri ran back to his position shaking his head. Charlie Roussel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aziz Jollivet in the 38th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Aziz Jollivet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palaiseau's supporters rose to their feet, but Aziz Jollivet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charlie Roussel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Ternay getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fabian Quilichini hit a great ball. Tony Dargaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terry Villeneuve, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aziz Jollivet made a kick off. Aziz Jollivet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Roussel having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Aziz Jollivet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palaiseau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Charlie Roussel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prosper Ménet's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Tony Dargaud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terry Villeneuve in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ternay's goalkeeper Charlie Roussel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ternay's Charlie Roussel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prosper Ménet in the 91st minute of play. Charlie Roussel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Prosper Ménet went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Aziz Jollivet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Roussel having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ternay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Palaiseau.
