The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes Ternay got a freekick which was hit by Theophile Silvestri. If Firmin Marsault had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timothe Giraudo in the 36th minute of play forced Vaugon's goalkeeper Barthelemy Beck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Firmin Marsault sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geoffrey William stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Terry Villeneuve sped through Vaugon's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Barthelemy Beck. Terry Villeneuve scored 0-3 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barthelemy Beck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
