In the 5th minute Noël Bardeau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hocine Evano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hocine Evano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noël Bardeau in the 7th minute of play. If Eloi Vandenbussche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Viblac booed when Croisset was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damien Viola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eloi Vandenbussche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Joachim Heckel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jocelyn Creteur came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Viblac fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jocelyn Creteur couldn't finish the play. Eloi Vandenbussche in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joachim Heckel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 23rd minute there was a penalty for Croisset. Alain Viau stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hocine Evano. 0-1. Joachim Heckel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jocelyn Creteur in the 26th minute of the match. Jocelyn Creteur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Joachim Heckel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Jocelyn Creteur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viblac's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jocelyn Creteur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Frédéric Crampon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jocelyn Creteur in the 39th minute of play forced Croisset's goalkeeper Joachim Heckel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alain Viau was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Viblac's Romeo Moussard got a free kick in the 45th minute. The Viblac players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Croisset were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frédéric Crampon was the one to do the kick off. Joachim Heckel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloi Vandenbussche in the 51st minute of play. Jocelyn Creteur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joachim Heckel having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Croisset's goal looked a bit too open when Eloi Vandenbussche came free, but Joachim Heckel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eloi Vandenbussche came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Viblac fans jumped to their feet. Viblac's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Noël Bardeau scored to the left of an out of position Hocine Evano, making the score, 0-2. Hervé Ader kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Noël Bardeau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Frédéric Crampon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frédéric Crampon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Noël Bardeau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Hocine Evano made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Noël Bardeau during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Croisset was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noël Bardeau to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Croisset defense, Eloi Vandenbussche kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joachim Heckel. The Croisset fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joachim Heckel should have stopped the shot. The Viblac supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Croisset's performance. The match ended with a win for Croisset.
