Emile Vigreux charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emile Vigreux the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emile Vigreux kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Alix Rabet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camille Mansard, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 17th match minute, Vurey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michel Marche to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Paulo Cazalis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alix Rabet was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Michaël Buet during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Michaël Buet hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Paulo Cazalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Vurey got a freekick which was hit by Steven Grandemange. Desire Urban hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The Vurey players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vesse were winning 0-1.
The wind increased when Paulo Cazalis made the kick off in the second half. With 52 minutes on the clock, Desire Urban commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 51st minute, one of Vesse:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vesse. After a defensive mix-up in Vesse's zone, Florent Rouge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quentin Cathelain came out of the goal and Florent Rouge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quentin Cathelain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florent Rouge, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Quentin Cathelain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Édouard Rousselet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Édouard Rousselet came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Vurey fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Édouard Rousselet couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Vesse defense, Édouard Rousselet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quentin Cathelain. The Vesse fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quentin Cathelain should have stopped the shot. Camille Mansard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alix Rabet having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Vurey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michaël Buet to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Vesse defense, Florent Rouge kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Quentin Cathelain. The Vesse fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Quentin Cathelain should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute, Édouard Rousselet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bob Gagnard charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bob Gagnard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vesse's Bob Gagnard got a free kick in the 95th minute. Camille Mansard came free with the goalkeeper in the 98th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alix Rabet could save by the left post.
