Charles Massonnet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Massonnet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aymerick Monceau having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Doublet in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moussa Corbeau saved Canabias from getting behind. 16 minutes into the game, Rene Doublet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Moussa Corbeau. Rene Doublet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Aubagne's goal looked a bit too open when Henri Cavailles came free, but Aymerick Monceau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moussa Corbeau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martial Moussu in the 21st minute. After a rather tough play, Canabias's Rémy Audinet got a free kick in the 22nd minute. A hard shot 23 in the game by Martial Moussu from a close distance when the talented Moussa Corbeau managed to make a qualified save. Canabias's players were relieved. Aubagne's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gilbert Gard in the 25th minute. Rene Doublet might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moussa Corbeau. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Doublet ran back to his position shaking his head. Martial Moussu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Moussa Corbeau made a huge save. Rémy Audinet charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rémy Audinet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Canabias's Rémy Audinet got a free kick in the 31st minute. Aubagne's Gilbert Gard couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Canabias. When Aubagne's Rene Doublet in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Canabias's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Martial Moussu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aubagne's supporters rose to their feet, but Martial Moussu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moussa Corbeau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 40 minutes into the match, Canabias's Henri Cavailles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aymerick Monceau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christopher Freund's late challenge caught a Canabias's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christopher Freund helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th minute, Christopher Freund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Charles Massonnet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canabias's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles Massonnet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aymerick Monceau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henri Cavailles to strike the kick off in the second half. Henri Cavailles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aymerick Monceau having to interfere. When Jean-Marie Cayron fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aubagne's protests and gave Jean-Marie Cayron a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th match minute, Aubagne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Marie Cayron to maneuver through the defense. Henri Cavailles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aymerick Monceau having to interfere. Henri Cavailles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Aymerick Monceau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Charles Massonnet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henri Cavailles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aymerick Monceau having to interfere. Martial Moussu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moussa Corbeau having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charles Massonnet got free with Aymerick Monceau in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Aubagne's goal looked a bit too open when Henri Cavailles came free, but Aymerick Monceau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aubagne were furious when Eloi Marseille was red carded, 80 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Aubagne! 1-1 came in the 83rd minute when Johnny Mailly all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Aymerick Monceau. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Charles Massonnet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canabias's supporters rose to their feet, but Charles Massonnet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aymerick Monceau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henri Cavailles in the 93rd minute of play forced Aubagne's goalkeeper Aymerick Monceau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Aubagne's Aymerick Monceau got control of the ball when Charles Massonnet tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Canabias's zone, Martial Moussu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moussa Corbeau came out of the goal and Martial Moussu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
