Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gitonniére's goalkeeper Philibert Piron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Hamza Vandenberghe got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hamza Vandenberghe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Réda Guidi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustave Hazard having to interfere. After 14 played minutes Pégomas got a freekick which was hit by Allan Ozenne. Réda Guidi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Gustave Hazard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Philibert Piron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Roul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes of play, Pégomas's Roland Romeo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Philibert Piron was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the match, Roland Romeo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Philibert Piron. Gitonniére's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roland Romeo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Philibert Piron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Roul in the 36th minute of the match. If Réda Guidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christopher Sentenac during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Gitonniére was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Sentenac to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Pégomas were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hamza Vandenberghe made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Alfred Louvel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Jacquemard was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 54th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 65th minute, Roland Romeo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pégomas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Hamza Vandenberghe scored 1-3 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustave Hazard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Benoit Gavoille fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pégomas's protests and gave Benoit Gavoille a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pégomas getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Benoit Gavoille hit a great ball. If Roland Romeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Réda Guidi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustave Hazard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamza Vandenberghe, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Gustave Hazard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamza Vandenberghe in the 86th minute of play. In the 89thth minute of the game Hamza Vandenberghe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pégomas's Gustave Hazard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roland Romeo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
