After 5 played minutes Chabossière got a freekick which was hit by Pierrick Trillaud. Salim Malbec struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Renaud Touze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Longpré. In the last second Remi Urban throw himself and got hold of the ball when Fernand Hennebelle in the 9thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Chabossière's Renaud Touze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaud Blanco in the 79th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salim Malbec got free with Renaud Touze in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute, Arnaud Blanco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Salim Malbec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Longpré's supporters rose to their feet, but Salim Malbec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Renaud Touze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Longpré walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
