When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John Marx made a kick off. John Marx's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cédric Kermarrec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camille Sautron in the 57th minute of play forced Aingeray's goalkeeper Théophile Darracq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee ignored Montlignon's protests and gave Jérémy Filhol a yellow card for diving instead. 69 minutes into the game, one of Montlignon:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Cédric Kermarrec, was totally fooled by Aingeray's Gabin Le Falher, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When John Marx came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Aingeray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Marx couldn't finish the play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aingeray's Valentin Coppens got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cédric Kermarrec made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Valentin Coppens sent off a good shot on target. Montlignon's Cédric Kermarrec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Montlignon from getting a goal against them. Aingeray played a much better game than Montlignon and deserved their victory. The Montlignon players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
