Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Blausasc's Joaquim Daumont started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 10 minutes into the match, Maron's Joffrey Durel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Raynaud narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christophe Defosse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Daumont, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Lamalle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavian Garrigue in the 17th minute of play forced Maron's goalkeeper Christophe Defosse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Joaquim Daumont who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maron's Christophe Defosse was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 22 played minutes Maron got a freekick which was hit by Arnold Dubost. 23 minutes into the match, Blausasc's Reynald Lerouge broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Maron fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Blausasc. Reynald Lerouge stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Christophe Defosse. 0-1. After 29 played minutes Blausasc got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Daumont. Christophe Defosse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Daumont in the 35th minute of the match. After 37 minutes, Allan Ferrer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maron and the Blausasc players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th minute, Allan Ferrer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute Joaquim Daumont shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Defosse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joaquim Daumont might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christophe Defosse. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquim Daumont ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Blausasc were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 played minutes, Maron's Gilbert Dreux shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlos Raynaud came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maron reached it. After 61 played minutes Maron got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Dreux. After a defensive mix-up in Maron's zone, Joaquim Daumont stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christophe Defosse came out of the goal and Joaquim Daumont tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ali Lamalle came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Blausasc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Lamalle couldn't finish the play. Joaquim Daumont sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquim Daumont in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christophe Defosse saved Maron from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geoffrey Bosch in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Raynaud saved Blausasc from getting behind. Blausasc's Bertrand Ondet got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Joaquim Daumont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blausasc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
