Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jean-Baptiste Muguet started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Louison Coquerel had in the 4thth minute some difficulties stopping Francois Rios's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Sam Frugier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Louison Coquerel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 14 in the game by Maurice Gorge from a close distance when the talented Louison Coquerel managed to make a qualified save. Charroux's players were relieved. Sam Frugier struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Louison Coquerel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chalusson. After 20 played minutes Charroux got a freekick which was hit by Herve Passet. Maurice Gorge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Louison Coquerel made a huge save. Chalusson's Sam Frugier saw an opening behind the goalie Louison Coquerel in the 28thth minute and tried to shoot past into the top right corner, but with great reflexes Louison Coquerel with one arm managed to save the shot in the last secound. When Maurice Gorge came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Chalusson fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maurice Gorge couldn't finish the play. Louison Coquerel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Frugier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Regis Oury fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alix Taillard having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Maurice Gorge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maurice Gorge got free with Louison Coquerel in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sam Frugier might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Louison Coquerel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sam Frugier ran back to his position shaking his head. Sam Frugier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Louison Coquerel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sam Frugier to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Chalusson got a freekick which was hit by Sam Frugier. In the 54thth minute of the game Jean-Baptiste Muguet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chalusson's Alix Taillard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maurice Gorge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, Joseph Balay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, Sam Frugier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Louison Coquerel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Louison Coquerel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Frugier in the 65th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Chalusson's zone, Regis Oury stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alix Taillard came out of the goal and Regis Oury tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the game, Charroux's Regis Oury nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alix Taillard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Regis Oury received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Alix Taillard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Charroux booed when Chalusson was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierrick Buis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute, Michel Houeix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Sam Frugier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Louison Coquerel. Charroux's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sam Frugier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Chalusson's Alix Taillard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Baptiste Muguet in the 98th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chalusson had played much better football throughout.
