Vaucresson's Brandon Cadoret got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melvin Bergot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brandon Cadoret, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Melvin Bergot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brandon Cadoret's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Brandon Cadoret fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melvin Bergot having to interfere. If Karim Gérardin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melvin Bergot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brandon Cadoret in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes in the game, Karim Gérardin dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Melvin Bergot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brandon Cadoret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dylan Vivet struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Michel Deutsch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vongy. After 40 played minutes Vaucresson got a freekick which was hit by Darren Rondot. 41 minutes into the match, Vongy's Gabriel Péraud broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 45th minute Brandon Cadoret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melvin Bergot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melvin Bergot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brandon Cadoret went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Vongy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vaucresson were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Émilien Prudent made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Émilien Prudent had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michel Deutsch. Vaucresson's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Émilien Prudent was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 59th minute, Darren Rondot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Dylan Vivet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vongy's supporters rose to their feet, but Dylan Vivet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Deutsch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the game, Vongy's Émilien Prudent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michel Deutsch made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. 66 minutes into the match, Vongy's goalkeeper Melvin Bergot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karim Gérardin. Brandon Cadoret did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-4 to the left of a surprised Melvin Bergot 67 minutes into the match. When Jean-Michel Troude fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vongy's protests and gave Jean-Michel Troude a yellow card for diving instead. The goalkeeper, Melvin Bergot, was totally fooled by Vaucresson's Joël Herlin, who 74 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Émilien Prudent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bixente Clin hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Vaucresson defense, Dylan Vivet kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michel Deutsch. The Vaucresson fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michel Deutsch should have stopped the shot. Melvin Bergot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brandon Cadoret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Isaac Delforge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th match minute, Vaucresson was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renaud Galant to maneuver through the defense.
