The audience thought a goal was coming when Jason Edet got free with Bruce Lavier in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Drevet's Bruce Lavier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Drevet from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Bouquiniére's goal looked a bit too open when Bryan Barde came free, but Charlie Rouiller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Drevet booed when Bouquiniére was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salim Clarac didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Jolan Belotti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Drevet's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jolan Belotti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 28 minutes, Edouard Maziere mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Drevet and the Bouquiniére players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edouard Maziere kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Bryan Barde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Rouiller having to interfere. If Jason Edet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bryan Barde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Charlie Rouiller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Drevet's goalkeeper Bruce Lavier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Cyprien Bonnefoi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jason Edet took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruce Lavier. Bruce Lavier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 47th minute, Cyprien Bonnefoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cyprien Bonnefoi made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Cyprien Bonnefoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edouard Maziere kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Jean-Paul Pitou took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bruce Lavier. Drevet's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Jolan Belotti fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Drevet's protests and gave Jolan Belotti a yellow card for diving instead. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th minute, Bryan Barde left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Drevet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jason Edet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruce Lavier having to interfere. Bruce Lavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprien Bonnefoi in the 76th minute of play. Bryan Barde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Drevet's goal looked a bit too open when Cyprien Bonnefoi came free, but Bruce Lavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bryan Barde struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Charlie Rouiller didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drevet. In the 95th minute, Bouquiniére's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bryan Barde fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bouquiniére's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
