Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gerard Manson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 5 minutes, Prosper Bodereau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Noyarey and the Genay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Noyarey's Prosper Bodereau got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Noyarey's goalkeeper Alban Pagano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Noyarey's Alban Pagano got control of the ball when Guy Quenault tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 29 minutes of play, Noyarey's Prosper Bodereau made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Merlin Le Cam was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ferdinand Bain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alban Pagano having to interfere. Merlin Le Cam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerard Manson in the 41st minute of play. Merlin Le Cam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerard Manson, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. If Prosper Bodereau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ferdinand Bain was the one to do the kick off. In the 57thth minute of the game Ferdinand Bain who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Noyarey's Alban Pagano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gerard Manson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Noyarey's Alban Pagano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Bain in the 63rd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Prosper Bodereau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 minutes Noyarey's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Reynald Belval who took care of the corner kick. Gerard Manson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guy Quenault struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Alban Pagano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Genay. Edgard Adnet hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Genay's Reynald Belval tried to score from far away in the 80th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 83 played minutes Noyarey got a freekick which was hit by Prosper Bodereau. After having played for 85 minutes, Guy Quenault managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Genay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guy Quenault was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Guy Quenault had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 90 minutes, Ferdinand Bain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Genay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferdinand Bain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gerard Manson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Genay lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
