Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Victor Chauvot made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Madjid Ledroit was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chavoire's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drap the free kick. In the 3rd match minute, Chavoire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Madjid Ledroit to maneuver through the defense. David Defontaine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danny Briquet having to interfere. Victor Chauvot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Danny Briquet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Drap's goal looked a bit too open when David Defontaine came free, but Danny Briquet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alban Alric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Louis Martinez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alban Alric in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Louis Martinez saved Chavoire from getting behind. 26 minutes into the game, Alban Alric recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Louis Martinez. Alban Alric showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 32 minutes into the match, Chavoire's goal looked a bit too open when Alban Alric came free, but Louis Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Defontaine in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Danny Briquet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Chauvot took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danny Briquet. Danny Briquet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alban Alric was the one to do the kick off. Alban Alric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Louis Martinez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Louis Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tommy Maquaire in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Claude Jouan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danny Briquet made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Defontaine in the 66th minute. Danny Briquet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from David Defontaine went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Victor Chauvot struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Danny Briquet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chavoire. Alban Alric fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis Martinez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Chavoire's Martin Barras got a free kick in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alban Alric in the 85th minute of play forced Chavoire's goalkeeper Louis Martinez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Tommy Maquaire ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Louis Martinez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
