After having played for 4 minutes, Aymerick Compere managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Péchabou's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aymerick Compere was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th match minute, Péchabou was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Santiago to maneuver through the defense. Flavian Fage sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Chereng's goal looked a bit too open when Flavian Fage came free, but Henri Périé reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustin Laroche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pacôme Henry's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Noel Peters charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Noel Peters the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Faustin Laroche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pacôme Henry in the 35th minute of play. Noel Peters got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 38th match minute, Péchabou was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noel Peters to maneuver through the defense. Faustin Laroche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pacôme Henry in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Péchabou's Aymerick Compere got a free kick in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pacôme Henry was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Péchabou was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles-Henri Dupeyron to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 54 minutes, Cheikh Loche managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chereng's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cheikh Loche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Péchabou's zone, Pierre-Antoine Vouillon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustin Laroche came out of the goal and Pierre-Antoine Vouillon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 60 minutes, Geoffrey Culot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Péchabou and the Chereng players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute, Geoffrey Culot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Péchabou's Aymerick Compere got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 69th minute Pierre-Antoine Vouillon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustin Laroche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 73 played minutes Péchabou got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Santiago. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre-Antoine Vouillon in the 75th minute of play forced Péchabou's goalkeeper Faustin Laroche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Chereng getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Brandon Fert hit a great ball. When Pacôme Henry fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chereng's protests and gave Pacôme Henry a yellow card for diving instead. Pacôme Henry hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Samuel Santiago managed to get in a good position for a shot. Péchabou's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Santiago was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henri Périé breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Faustin Laroche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pacôme Henry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chereng had won after a very even match.
