In the 10thth minute of the game Marc Cardoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juffly's Jean-Cyrille Deschamps was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Marc Cardoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rubelles's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc Cardoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jean-Cyrille Deschamps breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Rubelles's Dilan Dubief got a free kick in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Rubelles's goal looked a bit too open when Alou Cluzeau came free, but Rudy Pellegrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Thierry Durel put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rudy Pellegrini. 34 minutes into the match, Juffly's Thierry Durel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rudy Pellegrini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 46 minutes into the match, Rubelles's goal looked a bit too open when Thierry Durel came free, but Rudy Pellegrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thierry Durel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudy Pellegrini having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marc Cardoso made a kick off. When Alou Cluzeau came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Juffly fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alou Cluzeau couldn't finish the play. Joffrey Lemee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Cyrille Deschamps having to interfere. In the 63rd minute of the match Cyril Blay shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jean-Cyrille Deschamps showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Antoine Chabod hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antoine Chabod hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. If Alou Cluzeau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joffrey Lemee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jean-Cyrille Deschamps tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marc Cardoso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean-Cyrille Deschamps read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Jean-Cyrille Deschamps took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joffrey Lemee, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Rubelles's zone, Alou Cluzeau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rudy Pellegrini came out of the goal and Alou Cluzeau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rubelles's goalkeeper Rudy Pellegrini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 85 played minutes Alou Cluzeau rounded Rubelles's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Juffly's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
