Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After some careless play in the Monaco defense, Youri Descours kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charles-Henri Delagneau. The Monaco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charles-Henri Delagneau should have stopped the shot. A hard shot by Jérémie Bréchet from long distance, 22 minutes into the match, got Harry Tastet's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Maurice Jaubert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henri Sala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the game, Henri Sala cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Charles-Henri Delagneau was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 35 minutes, Henri Sala made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Monaco's Charles-Henri Delagneau tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Maurice Jaubert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, one of Solaize:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Harry Tastet, was totally fooled by Monaco's Timothé Bigay, who 41 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The nice shot from Youri Descours in the 53rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Charles-Henri Delagneau had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Youri Descours got free with Charles-Henri Delagneau in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 62 minutes, Kevin Oudard mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monaco and the Solaize players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 played minutes Monaco got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Oudard. With an all-out effort, Solaize's Charles-Henri Delagneau threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henri Sala, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Youri Descours sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erwan Pailler in the 70th minute of play forced Solaize's goalkeeper Harry Tastet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charles-Henri Delagneau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henri Sala in the 78th minute of the match. Erwan Pailler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Solaize's Harry Tastet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwan Pailler in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Maurice Jaubert notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Solaize's Harry Tastet. Harry Tastet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the game, Patxi Marcy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monaco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Solaize the free kick. After 88 played minutes Monaco got a freekick which was hit by Patxi Marcy. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Solaize walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
