Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Celestin Baquet started the match with the kick off. 2 minutes into the game, Alexis Vicaire was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chelles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Massais the free kick. After 2 played minutes Chelles got a freekick which was hit by Alexis Vicaire. After having played for 9 minutes, Celestin Baquet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Massais's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celestin Baquet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Massais's Celestin Baquet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lorenzo Boussuge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lorenzo Boussuge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celestin Baquet, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. The supporters of Massais booed when Chelles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexis Vicaire didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrice Schell in the 25th minute of play forced Chelles's goalkeeper Lorenzo Boussuge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Nathan Marlier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Boussuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Sidney Taillefer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ulysse Queva. Massais's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sidney Taillefer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Sidney Taillefer's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ulysse Queva firmly grabbed it by the left post. 41 minutes into the game, Tony Amy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Massais's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chelles the free kick. The supporters of Chelles booed when Massais was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Amy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute, Ewan Brachet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Morello to strike the kick off in the second half. Tony Amy got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Tony Amy kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Thierry Tanneau took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulysse Queva. Massais's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Massais were furious when Calvin Rivet was red carded, 68 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Massais fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! In the 73rd minute Sidney Taillefer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysse Queva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidney Taillefer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Massais getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Guillaume Verron hit a great ball. In the 79th minute, Nathan Marlier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulysse Queva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney Taillefer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Massais's Celestin Baquet got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Richard Morello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Massais defense, Sidney Taillefer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ulysse Queva. The Massais fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ulysse Queva should have stopped the shot. Richard Morello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sidney Taillefer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 93 played minutes Massais got a freekick which was hit by Morgan Couraud. Chelles's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
