In the 5thth minute of the game Martial Rochette who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chelles's Lorenzo Boussuge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 15 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Chelles's Richard Morello fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Merlin Parrot got free with Lorenzo Boussuge in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Merlin Parrot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martial Rochette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Villepinte's Eddy Freulon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sidney Taillefer in the 26th minute of play. If Richard Morello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thierry Tanneau hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Boussuge made an important save on a dangerous shot by Merlin Parrot in the 45th minute.
Eddy Freulon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Richard Morello showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 54 minute of play. Richard Girodon kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Thierry Tanneau, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Eloi Hesse hit a great ball. Merlin Parrot struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Lorenzo Boussuge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villepinte. 68 minutes into the game, Villepinte's Martial Rochette nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lorenzo Boussuge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Lorenzo Boussuge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martial Rochette, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute Martial Rochette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Boussuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Richard Girodon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Villepinte's Eddy Freulon got control of the ball when Sidney Taillefer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute Martial Rochette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Boussuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Chelles's goal looked a bit too open when Merlin Parrot came free, but Lorenzo Boussuge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Richard Girodon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richard Girodon was shown his second yellow card after 97 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 97 played minutes Villepinte got a freekick which was hit by Richard Girodon. In the 99th minute Richard Morello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddy Freulon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
