Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Morgan Chancel made the kick off which started today's match. With a little luck, Epluches's Emile Piguet got control of the ball when Alex Nguyen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 3rd match minute, Rémelange was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard Camara to maneuver through the defense. Dorian Larrieu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathis Collomb in the 4th minute of play. Morgan Chancel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Epluches's Mathis Collomb got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Morgan Chancel in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorian Larrieu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mathis Collomb's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorian Larrieu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Epluches's Emile Piguet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Epluches from getting a goal against them. Jolan Loy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Emile Piguet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeremy Bouly during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Epluches getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jeremy Bouly hit a great ball. Dorian Larrieu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathis Collomb in the 28th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Epluches's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Nguyen came free, but Emile Piguet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Epluches's goalkeeper Emile Piguet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Leonard Metz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rémelange's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonard Metz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emile Piguet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Morgan Chancel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Larrieu having to interfere. After some careless play in the Rémelange defense, Mathis Collomb kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dorian Larrieu. The Rémelange fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dorian Larrieu should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The wind increased when Jolan Loy made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Rémelange's Alex Nguyen got a free kick in the 54th minute. Morgan Chancel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorian Larrieu having to interfere. Emile Piguet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Metz in the 71st minute of play. Rémelange's Dorian Larrieu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Rémelange from getting a goal against them. Djimmy Raquin kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Alex Nguyen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rémelange's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Nguyen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 92 played minutes Rémelange got a freekick which was hit by Joffrey Arthur. The Rémelange supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Epluches's performance. The match ended with a win for Epluches.
