Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antoine Vandaele started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Schaub in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bryan Estienne saved Marsinge from getting behind. If Pascal Rives had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopold Cluzel's late challenge caught a Coignières's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopold Cluzel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute, Leopold Cluzel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Coignières's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Antoine Vandaele scored to the left of an out of position Maxime Gourmelon, making the score, 1-0. In the 21st match minute, Marsinge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Grossin to maneuver through the defense. Bryan Estienne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Schaub in the 24th minute of play. Samuel Schaub fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Estienne having to interfere. Pascal Rives could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Maxime Gourmelon made a huge save. If Pascal Rives had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Boris Bourgade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pascal Rives struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Maxime Gourmelon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marsinge. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erwin Henaff stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Coignières's Maxime Gourmelon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoine Vandaele in the 55th minute of play. During the 57th minute of the match Leopold Cluzel completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Leopold Cluzel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Marsinge's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Erwin Henaff 59 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. After some careless play in the Marsinge defense, Erwin Henaff kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bryan Estienne. The Marsinge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bryan Estienne should have stopped the shot. If Pascal Rives had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. Eddy Geffard hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Coignières's Alex Debuire tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Marsinge supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Coignières's performance. The match ended with a win for Coignières.
