The supporters of Marsinge booed when Fillinges was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Billy Bienfait didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cyprien Freyburger got free with Bryan Estienne in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Fillinges's Bryan Estienne threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Etienne Bragard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antoine Vandaele made a kick off. When Romain Doublet fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fillinges's protests and gave Romain Doublet a yellow card for diving instead. Sacha Parayre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoine Vandaele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 61 minutes of play, Fillinges's Etienne Bragard made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bryan Estienne was left in no man's land by his defense there! Etienne Bragard struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Bryan Estienne didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fillinges. Marsinge's Pascal Rives got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Cyprien Freyburger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fillinges's supporters rose to their feet, but Cyprien Freyburger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bryan Estienne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 78 played minutes Marsinge got a freekick which was hit by Mathis Le Ny. When Etienne Bragard came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Fillinges fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Etienne Bragard couldn't finish the play. Antoine Vandaele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fillinges fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! Morgan Grossin shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Marsinge's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
