Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Eugene Sionneau started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Hocine Ancel notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Argent's Djibril Gau. Djibril Gau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Argent's Eugene Sionneau got a free kick in the 6th minute. Hocine Ancel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the game, Flavian Fasquelle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Argent's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Meylan the free kick. After 11 played minutes, Meylan's Emile Jannin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Djibril Gau came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Meylan reached it. If Hocine Ancel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Meylan's Fabrice Josset got a free kick in the 15th minute. Djibril Gau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hocine Ancel in the 17th minute of the match. When Hocine Ancel fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meylan's protests and gave Hocine Ancel a yellow card for diving instead. Eugene Sionneau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Joaquim Levant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Argent booed when Meylan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrice Josset didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugene Sionneau's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Joaquim Levant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ahmid Grenet's late challenge caught a Argent's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ahmid Grenet helped the player get up and apologised. Ahmid Grenet kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When Argent's Eugene Sionneau in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meylan's goalie prevented a goal. Eugene Sionneau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brandon Calmel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Joaquim Levant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brandon Calmel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugene Sionneau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Levant having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In a very dangerous position, a player in Argent fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Djibril Gau, was totally fooled by Meylan's Emile Jannin, who 63 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Meylan's Hocine Ancel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Djibril Gau. That made the score 1-3 after 66 minutes of play. In the 77th minute, Eugene Sionneau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Emile Jannin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meylan's supporters rose to their feet, but Emile Jannin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Djibril Gau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Billy Seurin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Djibril Gau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Argent's goalkeeper Djibril Gau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Billy Seurin.
