Loic Serrurier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Guery, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Redouane Pillard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Thomas Fillion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loic Serrurier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Edmond in the 22nd minute of the match. Romuald Delaplace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Thomas Fillion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Firmin Braud fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marquisat's protests and gave Firmin Braud a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Marquisat getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Firmin Braud hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Arthur Edmond who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Loic Serrurier when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Gilbert Guery managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marquisat's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilbert Guery was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Loic Serrurier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arthur Edmond took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Loic Serrurier. Loic Serrurier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 74th minute, Arthur Edmond made a precise shot to the right of Loic Serrurier. Braillerie's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Arthur Edmond was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Marquisat's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Braillerie's Loic Serrurier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Guery in the 84th minute of play. If Gilbert Guery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Braillerie's goalkeeper Loic Serrurier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arthur Edmond. Marquisat's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
