Barnabé Nguyen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronald Chirol's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Damien Bare who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Barnabé Nguyen when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 25 minutes into the game, Ronald Chirol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Barnabé Nguyen. Ronald Chirol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Gaspard Tardif blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Djimmy Dazin having to make a save. After 32 played minutes, Armiaz's Jean-Pierre Marie-Joseph shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Barnabé Nguyen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Armiaz reached it. Flavien Cheneau's late challenge caught a Bouvard's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavien Cheneau helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Armiaz fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! Djimmy Dazin had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Octave Gallego's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 36th minute, Octave Gallego made a precise shot to the right of Djimmy Dazin. Armiaz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ronald Chirol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Barnabé Nguyen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Franck Masselot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronald Chirol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Djimmy Dazin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaspard Tardif went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.
