Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Danny Pacaud started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lanterne's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bart Massicot 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Malik Bouisset showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bart Massicot, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Bart Massicot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Malik Bouisset read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. If Roger Ritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Lanterne's zone, Bart Massicot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Malik Bouisset came out of the goal and Bart Massicot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roger Ritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lanterne's Malik Bouisset played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bart Massicot in the 22nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bart Massicot in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Malik Bouisset saved Lanterne from getting behind. If Roger Ritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bart Massicot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Malik Bouisset tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bart Massicot in the 29th minute of play forced Lanterne's goalkeeper Malik Bouisset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Ritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Puits booed when Lanterne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre-Antoine Binet didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Roger Ritz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puits's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Ritz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Malik Bouisset breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bart Massicot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malik Bouisset having to interfere. Bixente Collinet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Malik Bouisset tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Puits's Bart Massicot slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Malik Bouisset. That made the score 2-0 after 46 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
After 51 played minutes Lanterne got a freekick which was hit by Henri Coulet. Roger Ritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malik Bouisset having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Roger Ritz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Puits fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 60th minute, Bart Massicot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute of the match Marin Wiart shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Malik Bouisset showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bart Massicot in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malik Bouisset prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danny Pacaud got free with Kevan Forget in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bixente Collinet charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bixente Collinet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 71 played minutes Puits got a freekick which was hit by Bixente Collinet. Merlin Cayla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malik Bouisset made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bart Massicot in the 77th minute of play. Bart Massicot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 85 minutes, Roger Ritz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puits's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Ritz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bart Massicot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Malik Bouisset tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Malik Bouisset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Ritz in the 95th minute of the match. Puits's Bart Massicot got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
