Clovis Buron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Testud, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Sevran's Clovis Buron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emeric Tisserand in the 8th minute of play. When Pierre-Emmanuel Le Pennec fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santes's protests and gave Pierre-Emmanuel Le Pennec a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Santes got a freekick which was hit by Pierre-Emmanuel Le Pennec. Raphael Perrard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rayan Mesnard, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Rayan Mesnard struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Raphael Perrard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sevran. In the 27th minute, Jarod Jérôme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emeric Tisserand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Clovis Buron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Lesimple, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 41 played minutes Sevran got a freekick which was hit by Maël David. In the 42nd minute, Samuel Testud left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After the first half Santes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rayan Mesnard made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Jarod Jérôme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Perrard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Santes's Benjamin Lesimple got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Santes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bryan Vasse was slow to take the kick. During this time Sevran's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Sevran's Bryan Vasse to fire away a dangerous shot which Raphael Perrard despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Raphael Perrard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarod Jérôme in the 72nd minute of play. If Rayan Mesnard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emeric Tisserand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Clovis Buron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Samuel Plane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sevran's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santes the free kick. The supporters of Santes booed when Sevran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Plane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sevran's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Emeric Tisserand 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. After 84 played minutes Santes got a freekick which was hit by Pierre-Emmanuel Le Pennec. Rayan Mesnard might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raphael Perrard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rayan Mesnard ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Santes's Emeric Tisserand slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Clovis Buron. That made the score 0-3 after 89 minutes of play. Sevran's Clovis Buron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emeric Tisserand in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emeric Tisserand in the 95th minute of play forced Sevran's goalkeeper Clovis Buron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
