Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Parcieux's Manuel Godfrin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Luka Bouvier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chieulles's Patrick Sousa got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Chieulles's Patrick Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerald Vaast made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Gaspard Thuilliez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Parcieux's Gerald Vaast played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaspard Thuilliez in the 35th minute of play. Manuel Godfrin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Labarthe having to interfere. Theo Suzanne struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Daniel Labarthe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parcieux. The Parcieux players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chieulles were winning 0-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luka Bouvier to make the kick off. Daniel Labarthe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Suzanne in the 51st minute of the match. Gerald Vaast didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. In the 60th minute, Theo Suzanne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gaspard Thuilliez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Labarthe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillaume Ravaud in the 73rd minute of play. Gaspard Thuilliez struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Gerald Vaast didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chieulles. 78 minutes into the game, Christophe Kieffer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Parcieux's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chieulles the free kick. In the 77th minute, one of Parcieux:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Parcieux. 83 minutes into the match, Chieulles's Gaspard Thuilliez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerald Vaast narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gerald Vaast made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Gaspard Thuilliez sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Parcieux's Manuel Godfrin got a free kick in the 88th minute. With a little luck, Parcieux's Gerald Vaast got control of the ball when Patrick Sousa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Labarthe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theo Suzanne, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Chieulles's zone, Manuel Godfrin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Labarthe came out of the goal and Manuel Godfrin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Chieulles players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
