When Trentemoult's Julien Claude in 22 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Cesar Moulinet guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Yannick Cayrol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cesar Salaun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yannick Cayrol in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cesar Salaun saved Trentemoult from getting behind. Cesar Salaun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Sagnier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Yannick Cayrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yannick Cayrol stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Louison Minier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Moulinet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julien Claude, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Edgard Sagnier charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Sagnier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th match minute, Ruaudin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Sagnier to maneuver through the defense. Cesar Moulinet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theophile Laurenceau in the 59th minute of the match. Donald Rio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Moulinet having to interfere. In the 64thth minute of the game Julien Claude who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ruaudin's Cesar Moulinet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edgard Sagnier got his second yellow card in the match during the 65th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 65 played minutes Ruaudin got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Sagnier. Theophile Laurenceau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Moulinet having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Donald Rio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trentemoult and the Ruaudin players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Louison Minier fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ruaudin's protests and gave Louison Minier a yellow card for diving instead. Louison Minier hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After 79 minutes, Flavien Pastor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ruaudin and the Trentemoult players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeremy Regis, 80 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ruaudin's goalkeeper Cesar Moulinet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesar Salaun was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Louison Minier showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 86 minute of play. Theophile Laurenceau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Alphonse Manier was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ruaudin! The referee gave Trentemoult a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jeremy Regis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ruaudin's Cesar Moulinet. 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Trentemoult had won after a very even match.
