Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vantoux's Dorian Cailler started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Romain Meriot hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Dorian Cailler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vantoux's supporters rose to their feet, but Dorian Cailler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugene Louboutin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian Cailler in the 21st minute of play forced Filly's goalkeeper Eugene Louboutin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Abdel Ramond left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vantoux fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 26th minute, Terry Lecat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dorian Cailler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Abdel Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vantoux's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdel Ramond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugene Louboutin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Salim Pupin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier Sartre having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Vantoux was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dylan Uzan to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cyprien Bouchereau was the one to do the kick off. Filly's Cyprien Bouchereau got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xavier Sartre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyprien Bouchereau in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes, Jean-Marie Cammas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vantoux and the Filly players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Filly booed when Vantoux was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jean-Marie Cammas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dylan Uzan hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Xavier Sartre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyprien Bouchereau, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After having played for 75 minutes, Abdel Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vantoux's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdel Ramond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 77 minutes into the game, Vantoux's Abdel Ramond nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugene Louboutin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 80th minute, Flavian De Clercq hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Filly's Olivier Vigouroux tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Damien Planchais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xavier Sartre made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Salim Pupin sent off a good shot on target. In the 94th minute, Filly's Cyprien Bouchereau dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vantoux had won after a very even match.
