Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lattes's Romuald Cade started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ethan Capet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romuald Cade, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franck Hureau got free with Ethan Capet in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ethan Capet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romuald Cade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Lattes's Romuald Cade in the 8th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ethan Capet was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Madeleine through an amazing save. After 13 played minutes Madeleine got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Beauchamp. In the 28th minute Lattes were awarded a corner. Flavien Lavocat went to the cornerflag to take it. After 30 played minutes Madeleine got a freekick which was hit by Vivien Bisiaux. Marius Joulia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daryl Laplace in the 34th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Franck Hureau in the 38th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 41 minutes into the match, Lattes's goal looked a bit too open when Daryl Laplace came free, but Marius Joulia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Daryl Laplace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vivien Bisiaux received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Marius Joulia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 51st minute, Norbert Beauchamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute of the match Flavien Lavocat shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ethan Capet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Vivien Bisiaux had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daryl Laplace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marius Joulia having to interfere. Madeleine's Vivien Bisiaux got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ethan Capet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franck Hureau in the 60th minute of the match. Daryl Laplace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marius Joulia having to interfere. When Barnabe Varennes fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lattes's protests and gave Barnabe Varennes a yellow card for diving instead. Norbert Beauchamp hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Madeleine's zone, Franck Hureau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ethan Capet came out of the goal and Franck Hureau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franck Hureau in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ethan Capet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marius Joulia made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Daryl Laplace sent off a good shot on target. If Norbert Beauchamp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute Romuald Cade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ethan Capet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 minutes of play Madeleine's Norbert Beauchamp was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
