The referee gave Pyroutet a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bruce Maguet, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Seclin's Valerien Colombel. 0-1. Victor Godier struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Valerien Colombel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pyroutet. Victor Godier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valerien Colombel having to interfere. Ernest Bourdeau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernest Bourdeau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valerien Colombel having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Pyroutet's Victor Godier nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valerien Colombel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 48 minutes into the match, Pyroutet's Victor Godier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valerien Colombel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernest Bourdeau made a kick off. Anthony Labarre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Terry Mariage having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Seclin's goalkeeper Valerien Colombel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Godier. In the 66th minute, Ethan Maillot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Charles-Henri Charra had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kevin Huc during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ethan Maillot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Terry Mariage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pyroutet walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
