Kevin Huc was slow to take the kick. During this time Seclin's players had a chance to rest. In the 9th minute, Harold Coic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean-Christophe Valla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerome Rigollet charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerome Rigollet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Christophe Valla in the 16th minute of play forced Seclin's goalkeeper Valerien Colombel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anthony Labarre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damien Lehmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Anthony Labarre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damien Lehmann having to make a save. 24 minutes into the game, Walter Plantier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oissel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seclin the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 23rd minute of the game. One of Oissel:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Seclin:s goal. The referee gave Seclin a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Kevin Huc, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Oissel's Damien Lehmann. 0-2. Anthony Labarre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Damien Lehmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anthony Labarre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damien Lehmann having to interfere. In the 39th minute Ethan Maillot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damien Lehmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damien Lehmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Labarre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Jean-Christophe Valla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valerien Colombel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jean-Christophe Valla to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Yvan Billet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 53 minutes into the match, Seclin's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Christophe Valla came free, but Valerien Colombel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seclin's Ethan Maillot got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oissel's Damien Lehmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Labarre in the 58th minute of play. Damien Lehmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anthony Labarre in the 59th minute of the match. When Seclin's Anthony Labarre in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oissel's goalie prevented a goal. In the 67th minute, Denis Vaissiere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ethan Maillot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience cheered loudly when Kevin Huc's long shot in the 83rd minute became 2-3 when the ball went to the left of and passed Damien Lehmann. 91 minutes into the game, Ethan Maillot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-4. Damien Lehmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Oissel's Walter Plantier got a free kick in the 95th minute. After having played for 98 minutes, Anthony Labarre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seclin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Labarre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Seclin players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
