The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Oissel. 10 minutes into the match, Oissel's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Bourdeau came free, but Damien Lehmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victor Godier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Damien Lehmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th match minute, Pyroutet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruce Maguet to maneuver through the defense. Geoffroy Hayot charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geoffroy Hayot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Oissel getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Geoffroy Hayot hit a great ball. Ernest Bourdeau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damien Lehmann having to make a save. Victor Godier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damien Lehmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Bourdeau, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The Oissel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damien Lehmann should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denis Vaissiere stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Yvan Billet suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After a rather tough play, Pyroutet's Jean-Pierre Annette got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute of the match Walter Plantier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Terry Mariage skillfully saved the ball. Jean-Christophe Valla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Terry Mariage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geoffroy Hayot in the 71st minute of play forced Pyroutet's goalkeeper Terry Mariage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Oissel booed when Pyroutet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Boutet didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Pyroutet's Ernest Bourdeau ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Damien Lehmann. Damien Lehmann yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Victor Godier sped through Oissel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Damien Lehmann. 0-4 became the score in the 87th minute when Victor Godier elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Pyroutet's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Christophe Valla came free, but Terry Mariage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jean-Christophe Valla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Terry Mariage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jean-Christophe Valla in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Terry Mariage saved Pyroutet from getting behind. After having played for 96 minutes, Jean-Christophe Valla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oissel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jean-Christophe Valla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
