Desire Augereau hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Lilian Pailhes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Cervantes in the 8th minute of play forced Rages's goalkeeper Samy Wallerand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as César Cervantes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Samy Wallerand. That made the score 1-1 in the 14 minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Etienne Le Dantec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rages's supporters crossed their fingers, but Etienne Le Dantec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. César Cervantes succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. After 23 played minutes, Rages's Cyprien Perignon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luis Loussouarn came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rages reached it. Luis Loussouarn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Etienne Le Dantec in the 31st minute of play. Justin Pèlerin charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Justin Pèlerin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Simandres got a freekick which was hit by Justin Pèlerin. Simandres's Kader Heck got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 38 minutes into the game, Andre Henault was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rages's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Simandres the free kick. In the 39th minute, Andre Henault hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Rages's Andre Henault got a free kick in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Kader Heck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simandres's supporters rose to their feet, but Kader Heck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samy Wallerand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rages's Samy Wallerand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Cervantes in the 47th minute of play. If César Cervantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erwan Luis during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd minute of the match Cyprien Perignon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luis Loussouarn skillfully saved the ball. Luis Loussouarn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Etienne Le Dantec's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 64th minute, Quentin Auvinet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Etienne Le Dantec had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Kader Heck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Etienne Le Dantec was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Rages's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. César Cervantes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andre Guillaumin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Luis Loussouarn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Simandres's zone, Andre Guillaumin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Loussouarn came out of the goal and Andre Guillaumin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregory Guillemant's late challenge caught a Simandres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gregory Guillemant helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rages getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Gregory Guillemant hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Kader Heck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samy Wallerand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andre Guillaumin kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Andre Guillaumin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Luis Loussouarn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Quentin Auvinet charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Quentin Auvinet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 98th match minute, Simandres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Auvinet to maneuver through the defense. Simandres's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
