Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonas Boutaud kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christopher Barry during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Etavaux was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Barry to maneuver through the defense. Raphael Le Dantec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Maury, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Sam Maury recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute Honore Lafont shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Le Dantec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Etavaux getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Faudel Lepretre hit a great ball. Raphael Le Dantec didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Marly's Sam Maury shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Faudel Lepretre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphael Le Dantec didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honore Lafont went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Bruce Taquet successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Moise Clipet hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Raphael Le Dantec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honore Lafont, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Marly were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Honore Lafont stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, one of Etavaux:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Etavaux. When the match had been going on for 54 minutes, Marly's Regis Salmon got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Raphael Le Dantec. 58 minutes into the match, Marly's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Guillouet came free, but Bruce Taquet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faudel Lepretre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruce Taquet having to make a save. Raphael Le Dantec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yvan Bos, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes, Paul Guillouet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Etavaux and the Marly players grew even worse after the yellow card. 80 minutes into the match, Etavaux's goal looked a bit too open when Honore Lafont came free, but Raphael Le Dantec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raphael Le Dantec had great luck who in the 80thth minute grab hold of the ball when Honore Lafont from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Raphael Le Dantec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Maury in the 81st minute. A collision led to Etavaux getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Moise Clipet hit a great ball. Raphael Le Dantec came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Marly's Sam Maury. But to his dismay, Sam Maury quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Sam Maury sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marly played a much better game than Etavaux and deserved their victory. The Etavaux players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
