Zinedine Guérineau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Victor Borgès showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Tarbouriech, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The supporters of Beutre booed when Annonciade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emmanuel Pannetier didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 16 minutes, Patxi Auge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beutre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patxi Auge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaël Pennetier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Zinedine Guérineau skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gaël Pennetiers short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Zinedine Guérineau to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 24 minutes into the match, Beutre's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Tarbouriech came free, but Victor Borgès reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hubert Franceschini's late challenge caught a Annonciade's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hubert Franceschini helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Beutre's Hubert Franceschini got a free kick in the 25th minute. Alex Goudard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Borgès having to interfere. After having played for 32 minutes, Alex Goudard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Annonciade's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Goudard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugues Baby charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugues Baby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 33rd match minute, Beutre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugues Baby to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Beutre's Zinedine Guérineau threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patxi Auge, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zinedine Guérineau acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Vivien Delfour. Patxi Auge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patxi Auge to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Annonciade getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Gaston Tarbouriech hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patxi Auge in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zinedine Guérineau saved Annonciade from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Annonciade's Gaston Tarbouriech got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute of the match Vivien Delfour shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zinedine Guérineau showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Alex Goudard struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Victor Borgès didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Annonciade. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaël Pennetier in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zinedine Guérineau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Patxi Auge blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zinedine Guérineau having to make a save. Patxi Auge's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zinedine Guérineau read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Beutre's Gaël Pennetier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zinedine Guérineau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Annonciade's zone, Gaël Pennetier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zinedine Guérineau came out of the goal and Gaël Pennetier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute of the match Madjid Degand shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zinedine Guérineau showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zinedine Guérineau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaël Pennetier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Annonciade's Zinedine Guérineau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patxi Auge in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Goudard in the 95th minute of play forced Beutre's goalkeeper Victor Borgès to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Beutre had won after a very even match.
