The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olivier Toudic to make the kick off. Remi Touchard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Serge Deleage made a huge save. After 58 played minutes Borny got a freekick which was hit by Roman Huard. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herbert Brehier during the 60th minute. Arthur Lassagne showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olivier Toudic in the 86th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Quentin Tricaud cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Arthur Lassagne was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
