Steve Mansouri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gauthier Roulleau in the 5th minute of the match. Daniel Troussier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steve Mansouri having to interfere. Romain Vion hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute Gauthier Roulleau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steve Mansouri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camille Feller hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Gauthier Roulleau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Fournet's Steve Mansouri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Troussier in the 31st minute of play. Daniel Troussier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Gauthier Roulleau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steve Mansouri was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Daniel Troussier made the kick off in the second half. Camille Feller kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Camille Feller's late challenge caught a Malitourne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camille Feller helped the player get up and apologised. After 59 played minutes Fournet got a freekick which was hit by Camille Feller. Joffrey Planche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Jacob Arnoult took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Steve Mansouri to make any attempt to save it. Marc Tourte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Mehdi Ferréol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehdi Ferréol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joffrey Planche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joffrey Planche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Ferréol having to interfere. Joffrey Planche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Troussier might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Steve Mansouri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Troussier ran back to his position shaking his head. When Gauthier Roulleau came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Malitourne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gauthier Roulleau couldn't finish the play. The Fournet supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Malitourne's performance. The match ended with a win for Malitourne.
