In the 3rd minute Gustave Bisson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustapha Courte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustapha Courte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustave Bisson in the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Limoges's goalkeeper Mustapha Courte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean-Philippe Papa. In the 11th minute of the match, Jean-Philippe Papa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mustapha Courte was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Limoges's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gustave Bisson 12 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Préseau's goal looked a bit too open when Léon Claudel came free, but Kevin Moreaux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Léon Claudel notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Préseau's Kevin Moreaux. Kevin Moreaux was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jean-Philippe Papa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Mustapha Courte made a huge save. If Léon Claudel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Préseau's Kevin Moreaux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léon Claudel in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Préseau's goal looked a bit too open when Léon Claudel came free, but Kevin Moreaux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Préseau's goal looked a bit too open when Romuald Verge came free, but Kevin Moreaux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kevin Moreaux was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustave Bisson made a kick off. Gustave Bisson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romuald Verge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Kevin Moreaux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Léon Claudel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Limoges's zone, Gustave Bisson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustapha Courte came out of the goal and Gustave Bisson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 98th minute, Gustave Bisson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jean-Philippe Papa struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Mustapha Courte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Préseau.
