Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luis Desrues started the match with the kick off. Homois's Alexandre Mouysset played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Montet in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute Hubert Montet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Mouysset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thomas Fages was a little too slow when Bruno Picou got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Bruno Picou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Picou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute, Luis Desrues made a precise shot to the right of Thomas Fages. Perrinche's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When Sabri Cabaret came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Perrinche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabri Cabaret couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Hubert Montet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perrinche's supporters rose to their feet, but Hubert Montet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Mouysset breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute Sabri Cabaret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Mouysset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Homois's Luis Desrues got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Picou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Fages having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Sabri Cabaret left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Perrinche fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
Hubert Montet did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Alexandre Mouysset 59 minutes into the match. Thomas Fages took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Desrues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 75 played minutes Hubert Montet rounded Homois's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. Hubert Montet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Mouysset having to interfere. When Sabri Cabaret came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Perrinche fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabri Cabaret couldn't finish the play. Edgard Boulange charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edgard Boulange the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Luis Desrues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Homois's Bruno Picou got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
